The Virtual Parents-Teachers Meeting (PTM) of Vidhyadeep Institute of Engineering And Technology was successfully conducted on 27th September 2025, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM through Google Meet.
The meeting served as an important platform for open communication between the university and the parents of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year students. It brought together the Principal, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and parents, ensuring a shared understanding of academic progress and institutional updates.
The session was efficiently coordinated by Mrs. Manisha Sawant, who ensured a smooth and well-structured flow of the event. The meeting began with a warm welcome address by Mr. Kevin, who set a positive and engaging tone for the discussion. Following this, the Principal of Vidhyadeep University addressed the gathering, offering an insightful overview of the university’s vision, academic facilities, and student support systems. He highlighted the institution’s continuous efforts to enhance learning outcomes through modern teaching methodologies, digital resources, and a student-centric approach.
Each Head of Department (HOD) then introduced their respective departments, outlining the key achievements, initiatives, and ongoing academic activities. This provided parents with a clear understanding of the learning environment and departmental support extended to their wards. The discussion also included a detailed review of the 1st-year mid-semester examination results, allowing parents to understand their child’s academic performance and areas for improvement.
In addition to academic matters, important administrative updates were shared regarding the fee structure for 2nd and 3rd-year students, along with comprehensive guidance on transportation and hostel facilities. These discussions helped clarify common concerns and ensured parents were well-informed about university policies and future plans.
The meeting concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where parents were encouraged to share their feedback and raise queries. The faculty and administration responded to each question attentively, reflecting the university’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Overall, the virtual PTM proved to be highly effective in strengthening the connection between the university and parents. It fostered a sense of trust and mutual understanding while reaffirming Vidhyadeep University’s dedication to academic excellence and holistic student development. The successful execution of this online meeting highlighted the institution’s adaptability and ongoing commitment to maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders, even in a virtual environment.
