Webinar on “Cross Drainage Work”

The Civil Engineering Department successfully organized a webinar titled “Cross Drainage Work” on 31st July 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM via Google Meet. The purpose of the webinar was to help students gain a clear understanding of the fundamentals of Cross Drainage Works, which play a vital role in the design and efficiency of irrigation systems. The session was led by Dr. Sahita Waikhom, who shared her expertise by presenting the basic concepts, types, and importance of cross drainage structures in irrigation engineering. The webinar proved to be highly informative and beneficial for students, enhancing their knowledge about one of the crucial components in the field of water resources and civil infrastructure.
